Whats the best way to store injectors now I have removed them from the manifold?

When I come to use them again whats the best way to check them and get them cleaned.?

I got my injectors flow tested by a guy on ebay offering a cleaning service. Fast turn arround, found that the injectors flowed 420cc, not 586 as i was told when I bought them. Although in a v6 that is enough for more than 500hp so not an issue!

I'd be tempted to squirt some injector cleaner stuff on them and then leave 'em in a freezer bag until you need them.... then consider getting them cleaned. It depends on how certain you are the rest of your engine is okay. With a homebrew set-up (with lots of other things that could go wrong) a sticky injector would be a PITA and possible cause a confusing problem that might make you suspect the rest of the rig.... If you're poppping them in a known good set-up obviously this isn't a problem and you can try running them and if you get problems get them ultrasonically cleaned....

i stored mine in those little coin bags you et from the bank. the only way to clean them properly is in one of those utra sonic bath thingeys.
