Swirl pots?
omega0684 - 23/10/09 at 09:56 AM

anyone know anywhere that sells swirl pots at cheap prices? i have checked the usual culprets but they all seem rather expensive.

also what sort of capacity should i be looking at for a pinto running R6 ITB's

cheers

oh, also, are fuel clips ok for high pressure fuel systems or is it safer to change to a threaded joining system (like goodridge) etc

Someone on here showed a picture of an fse swirl pot/ filter combo.
Looked remarkably similar to either a hydraulic or pneumatic filter unit, could be a possibility?

Most people use juilee clips for normal high pressure systems. I have

Jubilee clips are less than ideal but many many cars get away with them. You're much better off using proper hose clips like in the pic though, they won't pinch the hose.

IVA tester will more than likely tell you to change them for proper hose clips.

I`ve used hose clips, but not for the low pressure side, tank to first pump. Is that okay?

Thanks
