CBR600 Throttle Bodies

Please can anyone tell me what the two levers are which open up the holes on my CBR600 throttle bodies and what to do with them if usu=ing them on a car engine.

I believe they are a choke mechanism. Could be wrong though. I think I may have a manual in PDF format for these. If you'd like it u2u me your email address and I'll dig it out.

It's the balancer mech. There's one without a nut and that's the control, the other three can then be adjusted to balance the bodies. The fork bit should be part of the idle speed system, possibly with a manual adjuster and some form of auto temp cortoled device.
