wideband advice needed
daniel mason - 10/5/10 at 08:20 PM

am wondering what your thoughts would be regarding a wideband lambda kit for my f20c install?
are they all the same whichever engine your running,or engine specific kits, which are decent, which are not, and wether or not i need a guage on the dash or not? if anyone is running one and can recommend them then please do! cheers

I am now running a 2y kit from techedge and very happy with it. It even does data logging (you can hook up a whole host of inputs for this, temps, rpm, etc)
I also got a gauge for it (can be switched to show rpm instead), but it is not reallyneeded, I use mine mainly for mapping the megasquirt.

I borrowed an Innovate LC-1 to do mine. Would have cost about £130 from memory..

This is what i have. (bear in mind that there is a good chance of getting stung with vat and import duty if you order straight from them)

I got an LC-1 from the states. Good quality, good instructions, works well with MS, although you can use it without.

From MAP (something performance).

Tech Edge. Reasonable price, good support and designed by someone who knows what he's doing unlike some others.
