Looking at going for a swirl-pot set up on the Rush.
For the low-pressure lift pump, what are the issues (if any) in using one of the small solid state 'cube' pumps rather than a Red Top or
some such? Both types offer enough flow rate, on paper at least.
That's what I am using and I know many others do the same.
The cubes can't lift a great height so I have mounted mine level with the top of the tank which is the same level as the bottom of the swirl pot
im using the new posi-flow low pressure pump that has been bought out to replace the cube pumps, they flow up to 10psi (depending what one you get)
and it was only £30.
