I seem to remember a thread with a link to a site giving injector flow rates, but I can't find it now, so,
Does anyone know the flow rate of GSXR750 K7 injectors? I've seen reference to 220 and 240, anyone know for sure?
Cheers.
Pete.
As no-one has stood up on this one, then allow me to express my thoughts.
gsxr750 has two sets of 4 injectors.
The part number for the outer ones is 15710-48G00
The part number for the inner ones is 15710-01H00
Ronayres reverse lookup shows that at least the first of these was used on gsxr750 and 600 in 06 and 07, also some of the bigger cruisers seem to use
these injectors.
Sadly I don't know the flow-rate of either.
What I do know is that the honda cbr1000rr has a similar dual injector set-up and the flow-rate of the inners and outers are the same and is about
160ml/min, (quite a lot less than those on the K1-K3 gsxr 600-1300 that we are all familiar with).
The flow rate on the gsxr1000 pump from 2007 is rated at a minimum of 1320ml/min if that is in anyway useful.
If I were to guess the flow-rate then I would guess similar to the cbr1000rr so around 160ml/min, but it is a complete guess.
I am told that you can get these details from Factory Pro in the US, who do a big line in injector cleaning and so know all the flow rates. I have no
practical experience of this though. Injector Rehab have a table of lots of flow rates, but don't include these injectors.
Probably easiest to measure it yourself. Jam Jar, weighing scales and stop-watch (you need to know the density of fuel but that is google-able).

Good luck,

Thanks Matt, I'll give measuring it myself a shot when I get a pressure regulator.
I think I read that you can measure using white spirit (instead of petrol), which is probably safer.
I used petrol as it was easiest to re-route the output from the fuel pump (one of those self regulating suzuki ones).
