Hi, Anyone know of anyone in East kent (Ashford area) that can do a Holley tune, floats, jets etc?
Rolling road not an option unless they can take 37 inch tyres
Also trouble is getting it anywhere as it wants to die on the move..............
Thirty what!
Good grief
Why! would you do that?
Google tuning holley carbs ! Plenty of information which may help
aem uego or innovate lc-1 wideband senser and do it yourself
Assuming you have a rover V8 in your landy a Holley is about the last carb in the world i would use!
For a mild rover a pair of good HIF SU's (standard carbs fitted it SD1) are about the best
Another very good option is a weber from a 3.0L Ford essex, the jetting is very close on a 3.5L rover and is simple to tune.
The weber carb can be fitted by machining a stock rover inlet manifold, mill off the pent roof top (bit that carbs bolt too) and drill/tap to take the
weber.
cheers for info
i'm trying to keep it locost as i still need a windscreen and soft top to get for it yet
i'd sell the holley if i could find a cheap replacement that i could rely on straight away.
