anyone got a power commander rev-xtend thingy (loan to repair dead pc3usb))

does anyone have a dynojet powercommander rev-extend start fueling (add on) thingy
i have a brand new pc3usb and its dead as a door nail (imported form us) and will not update firmware and has com error on my searchs its pointing to a hard reflash and one of the rev-xtender thingys is needed to connect in to do it.
unless anyone knows a workaround

only need a lend to push in new firmware to get it going again
