Injector pocket plugs for duratec?- how did you do yours?
FuryRebuild - 1/9/12 at 10:57 AM

So

I'm currently sizing fuel injectors (I have weber IW-31s at the moment, good for about 215 bhp at 100% duty cycle, so I want some that can flow a little more). However, I also need to plug the old injector ports in my duratec head.

For those that have fitted external throttle bodies, how did you do it?

Jenvey dynamics offer plugs, but also put a warning out that they only consider the duratec ones to be for testing, not a permanent solution.

So, collective brain, got any pictures? want to show off your engineering brilliance? your help much appreciated.

i tapped mine out to whatever bsp it closest (didnt need to drill ) and screwed plugs in

I'd probably just turn up some alloy plugs and fit them with locking compound.
