VR Sensor Shield Ground?

Quick Question...

Where have you guys connected your shield ground to on a MS2-Extra VR sensor?

As said before, the shield is connected to the MS2 at one of the pins but the other end down by the VR sensor is left alone and is best to tape it up or heatshrink it, it specifically says not to try and ground it in any way

Might help to explain why here - if you connect both ends you can end up with current passing down the shield, which is not it's purpose. It's purpose is to shield the other lines from radiated noise, to do that it needs to be grounded. It's grounded at the MS end because it's easier to get a nice clean ground at the ECU AND that ground will vary with the ground of the other electronics running the sensor.
