Could anyone tell me which colour wire goes to which pin on the tps , black top zetec , megasquirt v1, single plenum with zetec throttle body.

If you have an ohm meter, find the two connections whose resistance doesn't change, these are the outer two in the pic below.

The one which increases / decreases when connected to either of the others is the wiper, from there you can work out which needs to be reference voltage, negative, and wiper.
