Just built a r1 turbo and leaned out due to fuel pressure. I'm just purchasing a external fuel pump and modding my tank to suit, I have noticed on the std plastic shroud which holds the original pump there a restrictor on the return line (in the plast carrier itself) Do I keep it like this when I have the return line made to my tank or leave it wide open
