I'm currently trying to map my 1800 Zetec turbo, it doesn't seem to be running that well, rich if anything.
It has 250cc injectors required fuel is set at 10, have included screenshots of the spark adv, afr and ve tables.
Any comments, would be greatfully received
James

My maps - 2.0 zetec turbo, standard internals with 3mm decomp plate, 470cc injectors, cosworth T3 turbo, electronic boost control, max 180kpa / 0.8
bar / 11.5 psi.
The car runs well, and has been running for 2 years now, but BEWARE - it's never been professional tuned or on a rolling road. I have just
used auto-tune and refined the maps many times. I'm still learning! (But enjoying doing so )
In the MegaSquirt setup - General settings - do you have "Incorporate AFR target: " set to 'Include AFR target'? I think that can
make the VE table look quite different. Note, if you change the setting I believe that you have to re-tune or manually re-calculate your VE table
values.
I'd think your 250cc injectors are going to be at their limit. Maybe a bit small?
Let's have some pics of your zetec turbo setup.

Depending on what power your looking to get, the 250cc injectors will be maxed out quite easily. I'd be inclined to get larger ones fitted before
spending to much time mapping or you'll end up doing most of it again.
