Im trying to figure which valve to use, would prefer MS setting 'moving only' so the valve is only powered when pintle movement is needed.

Thinking about a Bosch 0 280 140 512. Does anyone know if this valve is compatible with moving only??

Afaik the valve you've listed is pwm operation, it does work fine with megasquirt but may hum at certain opening amounts.
It does have a limp home mode, that gives partial opening with no voltage applied.
