I have the V8 up and running now in the 944, at the stage of getting the start warm up and idle set up.
I have a 2 wire bosch idle valve fitted.
At start up it fast idles, but decays to normal very quickli, I think it is the crank to pwm decay setting which is dominenet.
What I need a bit of advice with is the warm up valve decay, and which setting in tuner studio controls this.
I have read some valves are fully closed at quite a high % duty, maybe thats my issue?? At 0 degrees, i have 70% duty decaying to 0% at 90 degrees,
but it seems to have no effect on engine speed...
