I plucked up the courage to connect my mega squirt to the stimulator and Pc and download mega tune.
I’ll be the first to admit I haven’t got a clue and am beginning to think I shouldn’t have gone the Mega squirt route.

Any way this is what happened.


1st message:
Warning: lambda sensors in 0067- conditional check reference undefined value INNOVATE_ ICI_DEFAULT
Only first reference will be reported.

OK

I pressed OK



2nd message:
Controller code version does not match signature in Megasquirt ini
(See audit log for where the file was found)
Expected “0X14” (found in INI file)
Received “ (from controller)
Table corruption may occur; this is usually a very serious problem
Terminate Mega tune now?
Yes No

I pressed yes.

Any advise what I should do or what went wrong?

sound like your megasuirt is loaded with a different version of map (or possibly firmware), to the software your using.

what software version are you using?,

should be 2.25 really.

I get the same error message as the second of your two - i guess its something to do with the magatung version (2.25) not being compatible with the software installed on the ecu.
I like the idea of being able to plug the software into a computer - makes you feel kinda professional (even though i havent got the faintest clue what imn doing, i just like to see the dials move
I just hit no (not to terminate the program, and it works ok for me), but saying that, i think ive just managed to break my Ms unit somehow....

Yes it's been modded for suirt n spark/edis.
Carbs are not an option post 95 engine with cat etc.
