What sort of fuel pressure do you need for bike throttle bodies?
Rupert
Depends what injectors you are using. 3 Bar is pretty standard but you can use more or less - it's just that injectors are usually specified with a flow rate at a given pressure so if you use a different pressure from standard then it will complicate matters.
oh ic. I thought that it was much higher than carbs.
Great so if i change to throttle boddies I will not need to change my pump and regulator.

ps. oh bugger there goes me getting me psi and bar mixed up! Ratbags!

I doubt the flow rate will be adequate!
Best bet is to get a fuel injected pump BOSCH £45 ebay and a regulator either off the donor car, or an FSE BoostValve thing.
I'm sure the flow rates for carbs are measly compared to fuel injected.
That's just my understanding though - I could be completely wrong!

I had a carb pump supplying my injectors (bosch 803 green). The car ran ok, but we had to up the VE bins on the map. (I'd bought that pump off
ebay and it said it was an injection one).
That was running at about 5psi. I've swapped to an injection pump and that's running at 3bar (45ish psi).
Don't forget if you're upgrading to injection that you'll need to change your petrol pipe if it's not already injection spec.
