Fuel Pump
chubby - 18/9/06 at 11:26 AM

Does any one know which cars have an inline fuel injection pump. The type i have at the moment is a Bosh type (which is knackered), and cant remember what car it came out of.
I spent a couple of hours in the scrappy at the weekend crawling around under cars with no success!
Any help would be appreciated
Cheers

Older Vauxhalls are a good source:
Carlton etc.
Anything Vauxhall that had Bosch Jetronic or Motronic Fuel Inj.

yup had a couple out of cavaliers, mainly the earlier ones iirc as later ones had in tank pumps.

Golf GTI's, although mk2's used a separate in-tank lift pump as well as the external one, but mk3's just have the external one.
