I have one of the old tacho and dwell angle machine which I thought I'd revive just to compare tacho reading with ms (no dash as yet) when I did it stopped virtually all of the hesitation and rough idle. Thing is there wasn't any spikes or noise on the rpm signal anyway.

Any ideas, woundering if this will have the same affect when I get the dash instruments in.
