Does anyone know what the Euro 2 & 4 emission regs are compared to our SVA/MoT requirements. Also how they are applied to kitcars registered in Germany, & is it different if importing a vehicle already registered in the UK. Any info wlecome.

yeah on wikipedia you will see that the SVA emissions test is now where any EURO number/test/rule.

EURO 2 stands for X grams per KM and x %CO its something wich is really expensive and complicated to measure...
