trying to sort out emmisions for sva, zetec 2.0l blacktop using griffin plenum chamber and standard throttle body with the standard ford injectors. has anybody got a map that has succesfully gone through sva . its a v3 ms1 using edis narrowband lambda sensor

I dont have a map to suit but if you have a working map then just take the laptop and tweak it at the test to suit, it is only checked at idle.
The only concern i have is you may need a cat as you stated it is a blacktop so may need a cat due to engine age.

But I took mine down to my friendly MOT test centre and they let me play with the settings untill I had one that would pass SVA,

I did however have a CAT in my exhast, still took quite a bit of fidling to get a reading that would Pass.

So Long as you have an appointment and insurance you can drive to the MOT test centre.
