Hi All,
I've been pondering the throttle linkage on my spaced GSXR600 TBs for a while now....After building them up on the spacers I figured a very
simple solution is to actually bend the linkage

Has anyone done this before?...I know the norm is to extend the linkage, but this seems to work perfectly well..........
PJ.
Seen that done loads of times. Did you take the linkages off to bend them? Risking a bent throttle spindle if not.
I can remember reading something by Dave Walker (he runs a rolling road) in PPC about this. His thoughts were that it was very difficult to ballance
the throttle bodies when the linkage was bent.
I would imagine that it is hard to insure that the throttles also open evenly. Having said all of this, if it was done carefully then i imagine it
would be ok.

I think his point was that some people who have used this method have been less than careful when doing it. But sounds like you have been careful, so
i wouldn't worry about it.
