So how does TP affect advance?

1. closed throttle at say 1,000 rpm (idling)
2. fully open at 1,000 rpm (pulling away with wheelspin )
3. part closed at 3,000 rpm (cruising)
4. fully open at 3,000 rpm (overtaking)
5. fully open at 6,000 rpm (caning it)
6. closed at 6,000 rpm (braking)

some idea of amount of advance would be great - or point me to a linky.
