If it's a 2009 build then it's an earlier chassis. Looks like a Striker chassis to me. It's using Escort track control arms and tie bar instead of a lower wishbone and on the Fury the rocker arm is above the chassis rail.

Nice, but I wouldn't want to be sitting in the passenger seat if anything went wrong!

Or is that a hang-over from the fuel binge buying the other week?

Some of the earlier Fury chassis did have this setup.

My chassis dates back to 1998, but I have a lower wishbone and rocker arm above the chassis rail.

I own a Striker and a Fury and this is definitely a striker chassis! The overall chassis height is bigger than that of a fury (that's why the rocker arm is below the rail on a striker) Also the top rails are wider than the bottom rails on a fury chassis.
You can see it from the poor fit of the sidepods and scuttle.

just to let you know

it was a sylva striker chassis and had escort live axle
the body had doors which were bonded closed and i paneled the tub internally

it was built with the locost ethic and was a great challenge to have a fury for a third of the price
