Am I the only one on earth who thinks its crap? What a load of HYPE!!!!!

fha772 - 11/1/13 at 06:21 PM

Nope, I think it's awful too, it's depressing...

Simon - 11/1/13 at 06:34 PM

I'm undecided, but I'm seriously considering Jim Hendrix's "new" album

It sucks ......

Slimy38 - 11/1/13 at 07:06 PM

There is 'something' about it I like, not sure what it is though...

steve m - 11/1/13 at 07:08 PM

Depressing and crap, was what we discussed on the way to work this morning,
and so far ive not heard a good word about it except for the "radio numptys, who rave about it

CRAIGR - 11/1/13 at 07:14 PM

5hite !!

Peteff - 11/1/13 at 07:16 PM

I had to put it on and listen to it and now I have to listen to Madness to cheer myself back up. It's dreary and boring.

Ninehigh - 11/1/13 at 07:23 PM

No idea what the song's like I just got fixated with "what the F are they thinking of, superimposing his face AND THAT OF THE PRODUCER'S WIFE on a stuffed toy?"

Wheels244 - 11/1/13 at 08:03 PM

I don't think it's unique - I think all his songs are crap.
Oh, and he can't sing.

Xtreme Kermit - 11/1/13 at 08:20 PM

I didn't make myself popular when I called it a dirge that sounds like he forgot half the words...

motorcycle_mayhem - 11/1/13 at 08:33 PM

..the moment you know, you know, YOU KNOW.

Duncan36 - 11/1/13 at 10:19 PM

Utter crap. I'm think they've only let him release something as we were tired of McCartney being rolled out for every big occasion. Why can't they just retire and grow old gracefully. .

I got the impression it was supposed to sound shit. I like his music and I'm excited about a new album but I do sort of feel he shouldn't have bothered, I mean he's essentially been retired for the last 8 years or so.

Could be worse, I've heard rumors that Cliff might be making another attack on the charts some time soon, you have been warned.

RK - 12/1/13 at 01:52 AM

and Ian Hunter keeps on going and going, putting out great stuff. He is going to be 74 this year, and looks about 45. And I'm quite a bit older than 45... The newish Stones is crap too BTW

I seem to be in the minority

I think it's a beautiful piece of music.

It's almost a depressing as any Leonard Cohen song

I watched him play darts the other night, he was looking a bit pale but other than that he looked really well, he even won

I didn't realise that music had to be 'cheery' to be good! I'd better go and ask if my wee sister has kept any of her Steps albums so I can become enlightened!

RK - 12/1/13 at 03:12 PM

You must love Malcolm Middleton then.

scootz - 12/1/13 at 03:22 PM

Yup, I like Arab Strap.

RK - 12/1/13 at 03:34 PM

He makes the Smiths sound like the Bay City Rollers.
