Fine as long as you want to go at a constant speed. Turbines are great at running all day at the same RPM but slow at revving up and down and it isn't good for them either. Think mercedes put one in a car in the 60's but ditched it. Just like Turbo lag but 10 times worse.

The accel time is truely horendous(sorry about smelling), Most aircraft engines take between 5-10 sec to accel from idle to max rpm coming back is worse with it taking between 10-15sec.

Very good for toasting Chav's at the traffic lights tho

Very funny tho, that they ask can you tune a turbine, I hope so or i'm out of a job.

i saw this on ch5 last night

it turns out jay leno has one and regulaly rides it on the road.

he said the rear light has an addition lcd to warn drivers to keep back.
one didn't and ended up with a melted bumper

then the tested the acceleration against a jet provost figther.
