Lucky to survive???

One very lucky fella

Guinness - 23/3/08 at 01:35 PM

Wow!

Lucky dude, or good preparation and marshalling?

Looks like he's got a decent harness, a proper roll cage and the marshalls got him out quick.

10/10 to all involved.

Mike

Blimey - am I right in thinking that's probably the G50s first competitive outing?

Hi Having had a good look around one of these G50's. The rollcage is a maze of tubes like a modern WRC. The fact he Got out without injury and helped put the fire out is testament to what a good rollcage can do to protect the driver.

Although it dose nothing to stop you feeling dizzy.

Cheers Matt
