Trivia

Can anyone recall what motoring program on the BBC used to use the 12" version of duel as the backing.

A clue are the initials TM

mangogrooveworkshop - 11/4/08 at 02:37 PM

one of my fave trax

Jon Ison - 11/4/08 at 02:48 PM

1st single I ever bought, shows my age but at least I admit to buying it. Was around 11-12 when purchased.

MikeCapon - 11/4/08 at 03:18 PM

Here's one from when the music and the motor racing was real.

F1 theme

Howlor - 11/4/08 at 03:22 PM

Toe seriously down = The Killers - Mr Brightside

Toe down a bit = Linkin Park - Numb

Easy cruising (night) = Something like Oasis Champagne Supernova

80's mood = Jan Hammer - Crockets Theme! Can't help thinking about the Testarossa chase with the 911 flat nose, takes me right back!

Retro = Kinks - Waterloo Sunset

Somewhat varied but I do alot of miles in the car so it needs to be!

Well thanks a bunch you lot......I was all ready to got to the pub when I just had one llast look on here.
I have spent the whole evening listening to some really great and diverse music.
Will this be a regular Friday thing? If so I will get some beer in for next week.
My Mr whippy guess would be something by Captain beefheart.
Regards Kipper.
