MicroSquirt / EDIS 4 wiring & Setup

Can anyone help with the MicroSquirt / EDIS set up?

I have looked at most the manauls for the system and I just want to check if the following set up is correct for EDIS on MicroSquirt:-

1: Change Jumpers JP5 & J6 to Ignition Logic Level Output (I understand that this gives a 0-5Vdc output on MicroSquirt Pins 11 & 12 - Ignition outputs 1&2 for EDIS SAW connection).

2: EDIS PIP connection goes to PIN30 or 31 on the MicroSquirt.

3:Set ignition spark mode to EDIS.

Any information or comments would be appreciated.

Many Thanks,

Mark.

Thanks for the Link Conrodkid, printed off most the manuals for the the MegaSquirt then I realised the connections on the MicroSquirt are a total diffrent layout with less of them. I have read that much now I have information overload. Looking at all the manuals along with this thread:-
http://www.microsquirt.com/viewtopic.php?f=87&t=23064&p=147110&hilit=edis#p147110

I am guessing the logic ignition settings on the MicroSquirt make the ignition outputs # 1&2 (ECU connections 11&12)0-5vdc square wave rather than 12vdc which the EDIS SAW connection is connected.

I am also thinking that the EDIS PIP connection goes to (ECU connection 30) OPTOIN+ on the MicroSquirt.

Just not 100% at the moment and I don't want to fry anything....

Many thanks.
