Buzzing LC1 (not the fuel pump)
In previous thread I thought it was the fuel pump causing interference with the Intercom (Autocom).
Tonight I did some more investigating:
took out all the fuses (related to the MegaSquirt)
result: no interverence
put in the fuse for the MS, no interference.
etc. until i got to the one Powering the Innovate thingy. result interference.
Basic wiring is MS is powered via the Anti theft box and MS triggers a bunch of relais that power the injectors, pump, ingnition and lastly the
Innovate. basically like the instructions on the MS site.
My tests tonight where whith out the engine running, just by switching on the ingnition. the interference stops when MS decides the engine is not
running.
the Autocom gets it's power direct from the Battery, there is a switch with a fuse in the connection. it was like this before I started wit MS.
and gave no trouble.
How to I get rid of this interference???
Anyone have any idea?
Any advice appreciated.
