MK sportscars or MK engineering will both supply you one

I would imagine that you would need a fairly lightweight solution for a BEC?

Not too big, but still tough and lightweight. A Polycarbonate fuel cell sounds like an option to me?

Mk or Obp

You need to ask for one with

A) outlet
B) return
C) breather

and a sump would be good aswell

My first choice would be this one

My second choice would be this if on a bubudget

they also do steel one for a few quid less

Not if you want an easy IVA. Non metal tanks need whatever the proper markings are for road use.
