Second to last item required for my fuel injection conversion

Question

What pressure and flow rate PUMP do I need?

Not sourced a regulator yet.

Pressure is set by the regulator alone the fuel presure of nearly all efi system on normally aspirated engines is capped at 3bar, turbo engines need more pressure to over come the additional boost presure

It is only a case of buying an efi pump rated at a bit above the power you expect from the engine. If you want an in-tank pump you might want to consider the pump from a Rover 827. The pump is easy to mount and it should have a high enough enough delivery rate for your engine unless you modify it extensively.

Anything upwards of 100l/h @ 3 bar should be fine

just sorting a fuel pump myself at mo been reading a old copy of PPC about fuel injection pumps they say, for rormally aspirated each hp needs 5cc/min so target 200bhpx5cc/min=1000cc/min+25% safety factor =1.250l/min or 75l/hr flow rate at actual fuel rail pressure. only complication fuel pumps somtimes advertised as say 225l/h but this is not at required pressure at 3 or 4 bar. after all this waffle agree with sabastiaan 100l/h@3bar should do it
