Fuel Pump Voltage?
I can't get my FP to run?
It has run but not for a few months, got voltage at the pump when the relay is triggered (but only 11.9V).
If the voltage is too low will the pump not run at all or just slower?
Its a sytec bosch injection pump. (was new when bought and has only run in the driveway a few times.
Ta for any help.

My pump was running with only 10.9 at the battery yesterday (albeit very slowly)

Chances are that it is the stuck pump which is pulling the voltage down.

And if that doesn't work, keep giving it bigger taps until it is definately knackered

Injection pumps generaly don't run long if dry or fed crud.

Well just had another play with the pump and it still wont work, even jumping it off the battery charger, so i think its a gonner.
Also gave it a few bigger taps but nothing...
the pump has a decent prefilter so it shouldn't have crud in it, also it ran fine a few months ago and there is fuel in the tank & lines,
i'll pull it apart and see if its anything obvious, but in the meantime i guess i'll have to get another one......
Thanks for the tips etc...
