Start up and Idle issue
The engine starts quite easily now.
But after about 45 seconds - one minute the tick over drops down to about 600 which is too slow when cold so the engine stops.
I have to wedge the throtle open a little bit aftre 5 mins the engibe will tick over ok.
I have had a look at the idle valve duity and the ase.. They look ok
Any suggestions?

Sounds like enrichment settings for cold start are too lean, not enough fuel getting to the engine while still cold.
