Induction Noise?

When I open the throttle above the idle I get an annoying whistle from the TB's...

I also notice the afr wobbles back and forward like a pendulum a fair bit between 12 and 16. Its not very stable.

Could this be an air leak? Are the two things connected?

I have spent quite a bit of time getting the idle sorted and fixing air leaks and idle is now quite stable @ 13 ish.

Any thoughts??

I have seen WD40 used to find a leak. With the engine running spray it around the inlet manifold. You should hear the engine revs climb as the spray gets in the leak.

Hope this helps
