When running a high pressure pump for the first time...

Make sure all your connections are done up Fing Tight. Otherwise you may bathe your engine in quite a large amount of petrol that is very smelly to clean up.

Now to invent a time machine to send this post 24 hours into the past so I can read it this morning.

When I first went to injection, the thought of turning on the pump - without knowing which way to undo the pressure regulator (start low and wind up), was worrying me quite a lot.

Needless to say, I accidently switched it on, and the reg was wound up to the max.

Instant pressure test at about 120psi and no spray

Pass in my book!
