Heat insulation material - Carbs to Manifold

Ok its not quite a fuel injection post but....

I need to make some insulators up for the temporary carb setup I'm working on, does anyone know a supplier of either the plastic used by some manufacturers, or the thick paper/fibre stuff used between carbs and the manifold?

I need something in the order of 5mm thick.

Anyone know what the materials are called, and / or a supplier?

I think it's called Phenolic, a glass/resin compressed gasket that stops heat to the manifold from the block

You'll want thicker than 1/2 a mill to be effective
5 mm min to 10 mm

It was more the link to the source, rather than the actual product (I just grabbed it from my bookmarks as I've used that on other projects).
