Megasquirt - where have you mounted yours ?

Ok, following on from my recent thread here: http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/forum/47/viewthread.php?tid=170068

I've now got the megasquirt from my chum & im just trawling through the extra efi site trying to learn about it

Thinking way ahead, im curious as to how/where people have mounted there's, im presuming under the dash board so you can plug a laptop in easily & keep it out of the weather a little.

Does anyone have any pictures of there set up ?

I have done a search but only found one thread showing an under dash mounting.

Cheers Andy

Mine is mounted underneath the engine compartment 'shelf' inside the passenger foot well i.e. at the top of the passenger foot well, the wiring loom passes straight out through the foot well bulkhead into the engine compartment through a rubber boot.

You can see the LED'S from the driverside when you look underneath.

Mine sits just in front of gearstick under the dash. Serial port and leds just visible. Wires go out through firewall.
