GSXr injectors not firing. Any ideas?
Doing a GSXr 600 TB conversion on my 4AGE.
I've just chopped about the plugs for the injectors (I'm using the bike fuel rail) and fancied testing them, but I can't get them to
fire.
My old ND ones make a nice click when you put 12V across them but not these, I even pressurised the rail, but no streams of fuel across the garage.
Any ideas? The new ones are high impeadence, (14 Ohms) I've taken the balast resistor out of the circuit.

Seized?
If you put a direct 12v across the terminals, you should get a nice click...

Well Steve, you were right.
After my usual procedures.
1. Take apart.
2. Look hard at offending item
3. Clean and re-assemble
I then gave them a "gentle tap" (a few hard ones) and a drenching in WD40.
And off they went.
I may now have to test them for pattern and volume just in case they need to be cleaned.

if your interested and if they will fit I have a set of injectors out of gsxr1000 t/b's as they wont be flowing enough for me.
i believe they flow more than the 600 ones? which may or may not be an advantage depending on power out put.
i was going to bung them on ebay but make me an offer...
