Fitting Toothed Wheel
Whats the best way to fit a toothed wheel on a Ford X-Flow?
Is it possible to fit it without welding?
Best way to remove bottom pulley?
Tips?

The crank pulley is easily levered off with a couple of hook bars or spanners against the timing case. The only options for fitting the toothed pulley
are welding or machining the teeth onto the original pulley, I made an alloy replacement pulley and pressed and pinned the trigger wheel to it , pics
in my archive.

have seen a picture (think it was a crossflow) where they used longer bolts and bolted it in.
