not so mega squirt
being the sad heathen that i am,ive been playing with sweet pea today.
ive got injectors firing and a spark but the pump wont run.
am i right in assuming that the pump relay earths through t 37 on the squirty box?
earthing the wire that goes to t37 makes the pump run so thats all in order.
at idle i have 3.3m ohms on t37 and 8m on cranking.
only 1 earth wire (7) and that has a good reading, any ideas?

I have not got that far yet but from all the info I have and from the diagrams the fuel pump relay definitely earths through t37.

Lack of info or really wrong??
I should like to think you're not earthing the pump direct through the megasquirt. You should be earthing the coil of the fuel pump relay.
If it looks wrong it probably is wrong.

Too much Christmas tipple. He does say the relay is earthed to t37. I had to check though
I just had a thought though.... One earth wire from t7. My diagram shows 7,8,9,10,11 and 19 all earthed. Could this be the problem?
Also, is there any reason you would see more resistance on cranking??

all the other earth go to 7,and yes it is earthing the relay...not that sdupid
i can of course earth it separability but after solving that prob it still wont start without a squirt of fuel by me into the bodies.
injectors are firing so not enough fuel pressure or duration?
leave it dave

Sorry, I relay (pun intended) should have ready the question better. To much food has made my stomach pull the skin from my forehead over my
eyes.

Mark,i dont have laptop or the foggiest idea what goes on inside these boxes, the pump running bit i can live with,it just dosnt seem to inject any
fuel(spinning engine with throttle open and peering down the hole).
fuel pressure seems a bit low but its only sposed to be 43psi,maybe a duration prob
