Twin Injector TB's
Eeek, my freshly purchased TB's (K6 GSXR750) seem to have twin injectors... guess who didn't do their homework!?
So... is this a bad thing... or could it potentially be a good thing? It's going on a 1.8 Zetec with fast road cams, and a skimmed and ported
head.
Basically, I've no idea if there's any point to even trying to hook up both sets of injectors.
Cheers

Neither good nor bad...but depends on the setup of your ECU as to how to get the best out of them.
Injectors closest to the head are typically used for low revs with the set further away being phased in at higher.
Depends on how the ECU is configured to how you will use this. Get a copy of Dave Walker's book and it will give you a good idea on setup
etc.
If you want simple day 1 with the ability to go to something "special" later, you could just use the first set of injector holes with
suitable injectors for now, and then turbo/supercharge later and enable the second set.

Thanks Steve. Will take some photo's tomorrow.
Also, I cannot split these TB's, so will have to have an 'unequal length' manifold manufactured - will this result in a significant
loss of efficiency... or should I just get on with worrying about more important things like global warming, etc.?
