Can any one help me by telling me if these settings ar ok and is there any thing else i have to set as im changing to a w/b sensor and lc1 controler i have changed the configurator to innovate 0-5v by setting it to set and set ego settings to w/b and switch point to 2.35
im using a ms 1 v2.2 on a 20l zetec running 1800 injectors and gsxr 750 48mm tappered down to 42mm throttle bodys on edis and when running these tables on n/b sensor it went very well.

cant help you on confirming the settings but i can say that if you press the "prt Scrn" button above the arrows on the keyboard and then go into paint and press Ctrl+v (paste) you can save screenshots instead of using the camera

You actually need to press ALT then Print Screen - it pastes only the active screen then!

You have the EGO switch point at 2.35 volts. Any reason??

You are also showing Active above Coolant temp as zero so it will take effect even when the engine is cold. I would have thought you would want it to warm up first.

Then you have Active Above RPM set to 8000 so it will never actually do anything. Unless you are revving over 8K

Your tables seem OK but these will depend on your setup.
I will be running similar except I will be using the GSXR injectors. Any reason you opted to use the 1800 Zetec ones??

Summer's here!!!!

Having the EGO Active above RPM set to 8000 means that your lambda sensor isn't actually making any corrections, you want it set to just above your idle rpm to be effective. 32 ignition events per step is a bit slow for a 4 cyl as well, i'd drop it to 16.

On the spark table i'd expect to see more advance from 3000-5300rpm, i'd carry the values you've got at 5300 all the way down to 3000 rpm, then adjust the 'ramp' up from 1400 to 3000. At low kPa and highish revs you can also put a lot more advance, I've run up to 45 deg at 20-30kPa on a similar engine.

I thought the 8000 rpm was wrong these are setings that someone gave me ages ago as for the switch point 2.352 i was told by a link that was on here what should it be as for using the zetec injectors it looked neater and i used the injector base plate and made my own manifold to bolt on to it as for the colant temp what would you recomend.

Thanks mate is there any chance of paste ing up a copy of a better spark map as find it still hard to work out even after two years of palying with the ms.

This is what I ran on my VW 2.0 16v, should have fairly similar advance requirements to a zetec. It's actually quite conservative for the engine, I was running on bog-standard 95ron. Don't know if the zetec needs slightly less total advance than the vw engine though, the zetec is supposed to be a better head. As with any fiddling with advance, take it easy and keep an ear open for pinking
