15mm ID fuel pipe...

I'm on the scrounge. Anyone got about 50mm of 15mm ID rubber fuel hose lying about that they don't need. I'm loathed to buy a whole meter length and the local parts suppliers keep trying to give me heater hose!

Cheers

I know it's stupid but it's a standard BOSCH FI fuel pump inlet size... I've turned an adapter to standard 8mm fuel hose but need a short length to connect to the adapter...

Cheers

ah. So it's low pressure. Was somehow assuming it was high presure hose. I have some.

Problem is that it is in my garage. In Italy. Am currently in the Netherlands. Will be there in two weeks. Can mail it if you want it. Will take a week to arrive though.

For these things i always go to the workshop of a construction company (where they service their own equipment). If I explain what is for I always get these things for free. Then I usually donate some for the happy hour and I can come back next time... Idea?

I've seen it before on this forum; go to non automotive suppliers when possible: much, much, much cheaper....

Ive got some but its 13mm id , I have a Bosch pump from a sierra and found that he inlet had a plastic sleeve on it that could be removed and this reduced it from 15mm to 13mm which was easier to obtain.
I can put a bit in the post if suitable U2U me your address.
Paul.
