Fuel Tank

I brought a lovely fuel tank the other day,

AMARANTHUS ALLOY
DIMENSIONS (MAIN BODY)
• HEIGHT 200mm
• LENGTH 200mm
• WIDTH 600mm
5 GALLON CAPACITY
8mm FEED, 8mm RETURN, 8mm BREATHER.
1 1/2" FILLER.
BAFFLED.
SIGHT GLASS.
PRESSURE TESTED.

but it doesn't fit my Luego stupid me got carried away with the looks, anyway where is the best place to get one custom made

that tank is tiny! and it doesn't fit?

Thats what i thought but the space is tight. if it was tapered at the top it would be ok.

i had the same problem!!

i builded one a bit to exactly to the inner tube dimensiones.. and it didn't fit.

then i needed to slice of 2mm and re weld one lateral..

then it wont enter because of the rollbar..

i ended up cutting out the 2 rear bars...
welded the ST/ST tank in and rewelded the bars back in position...

Classic, i was almost tempted to do that but i've spent ages painting it. i might put 2 groves in the tank where it hits the bars. the tank in there build manual must be tiny.

Bryn at Allyfab is fantastic. He just made me a tank very similar to the one on Stephan Jones website for £180 which is very well made. Very impressed.
