TPS????
I am busy fitting a Toyota 4age 20V.
The TPS that came with my motor was busted what replacement part should I use and what ECU should I fit?

Depends!
For a mildly tuned road engines running a single throttle body and plenum, MAP gives you better indication of engine load.
MAP is less suitable for tuned engines with long duration cams and individual throttle bodies because getting a stable vacuum signal is more
difficult.
