hi all
which electric fuel pump would be most suitable for ford 2.0i dohc

It depends on the state of tune etc.
If you know what power you're going to be getting out of it (approximately) you can work out what CFM rating you need and whip a fuel pump with
a rating 20% higher than that.
Vauxhalls often use nice Bosch in-line fuel pumps. One option would be to find a vauxhall with a similar BHP output and as long as its an inline pump
whip one from the scrapper....
That will only work if both cars are naturally aspirated. The BTFC (or whatever it's called) will change if the donor car is a turbo /
supercharged model so the pump may not be sufficient....

Standard DOHC 2.0i looks like it's 125Bhp (accouding to http://www.e-ford-motoring.co.uk/modified.asp)
So most pumps should cope!! LOL....

i have brought a mondeo fuel pump. it sits in the tank and has the advantage of the fuel sender built into it too. has a feed and return - very
compact...
you can see it in the bottom of this picture
