Ok going from you other post it's most likely you have 2 sets of spark setups conflicting with each other. this usually results in the fuel pump/relay pulsing off and on. Before you turn on the ignition Go to communications on the top tool bar of megatune and select mini terminal (you'll need the laptop and a serial cable for comms.) open the mini terminal and then turn on the ign. It should tell you automatically what the conflict is ( you may need to try this a couple of times.

Mmm ok so trigger wheel?? In megatune go to "basic settings" "codebase outputs/functions" and turn on "edis" every thing else should be turned off . You must have more than one of the top table settings turned on at the moment to have a conflict.I don't know if you need "edis mutispark"on or not I'm afraid as i'm not using edis. You'll need to read up a bit about it yourself anyways.
