Megasquirt Serial Link Testing

HI,

Just assembling my MS1 V3 and i have got to section 26, serial link test, i've got a USB to DB9 cable and have succesfully set this up and tested it with both mini term and hyperterm with jumpers across pins 2&3.

When plugged into the V3 board (stim & 9V battery connected) with pins 12 & 13 jumped the loop back dosn't work.

Any obvious things to check?, the boards only got a few capacitors and diodes on it and the soldering looks OK.

Cheers for any pointers

Ash

check that you have a female DB9 soldered to the board, that was my mistake
