Bike throttle bodies

Got some bike throttle bodies CBR600 to fit to my car but have few questions
-What are the small rubber tube for that goes to all the throttle housings?

-The throttle bodies have a bar and 4 pungers that when operated open up little holes either side of the throttle housing butterflys, is this for idle?

-Why does the fuel rail not have a return pipe?

Small rubber tubes are vacuum take-offs... you can use them for controlling rising-rate fuel presure regulators, etc.

They have no return because they don't need one... clever electronic gizmoidery (in conjunction with things like those vacuum take-offs mentioned above) ensures that the fuel delivery rate is right all the time.

As for the other bits... not sure, I'd need to see them.
